The fan-made Sega Genesis / Mega Drive port of Final Fight, titled Final Fight MD, will include a level missing from the Super Nintendo game.
The developer Mauro Xavier revealed the first footage of the added stage in action showing off the rather impressive accomplishment in full glory.
Such an accomplishment as this could not be pulled off back when Capcom were developing the Super Nintendo version of their mighty Final Fight arcade machine.
Xavier also shared the following X comment regarding the added stage:
“Round 4 is completely ready! I’ll post a video with the full gameplay soon, and once I’ve finished some more testing, Patreon supporters will have access to this new version. I’ve made Rolento a badass enemy, maybe even more so than the arcade version.”
Sounds really good, doesn’t it? Dark Nation can’t way to hear more as the project nears completion.
