As a Christmas treat, our friends over at Neon have just shared a fiery new clip from writer/director Oz Perkins‘ new horror film The Monkey. Check it out in the embed below.
Based on a short story by Stephen King, the film has the following story:
“When twin brothers Hal and Bill discover their father’s old monkey toy in the attic, a series of gruesome deaths starts occurring all around them. The brothers decide to throw the monkey away and move on with their lives, growing apart over the years. But when the mysterious deaths begin again, the brothers must reunite to find a way to destroy the monkey for good before it takes the lives of everyone close to them.”
The cast includes: Theo James, Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, Christian Convery, and Perkins himself.
The film is set to be unleashed into theaters on February 21st, 2025.
