It appears Jason X is coming to 4K UHD from Arrow Video. To confirm this news, a few advertisements have been appearing in some copies of the 4K release of Michael Dougherty’s Trick ‘r Treat, which is also coming from our friends over at Arrow Video.
The film, featuring Jason Voorhees in a space setting, has the following synopsis:
“Visiting a toxic Earth, a group of researchers find the cryogenically preserved bodies of a man and woman. However, when they decide to return with the specimens, unimaginable horror awaits them.”
On a related note: Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, the ninth entry in the Friday the 13th franchise, is also getting the 4K Ultra HD treatment from Arrow Video.
Both releases do not currently have slated release dates at the time of writing this article
