With the announcement that the new I Know What You Did Last Summer sequel has entered the production stages, a new image from the set featuring the man with the hook has been revealed on numerous social media platforms this week.

I Know What You Did Last Summer, a new sequel to the 1997 horror film with Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (Do Revenge) at the helm, is scheduled to hit theaters everywhere in the summer of 2025.
Original star Freddie Prinze Jr. will reprise his role of Rey Bronson in the new film. Jennifer Love Hewitt’s involvement has yet to be confirmed as of writing this article.
The film also stars Madelyn Cline, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Ray Bronson, Billy Campbell, Jonah Hauer-King, Austin Nichols, Lola Tung, Tyriq Withers, Chase Sui Wonders, Sarah Pidgeon, Gabbriette, Hayley Gia Hughes and Bridal Party Friend.
The film is currently shooting in Australia.
Update: We have been told that Freddie Prinze Jr. has already finished his scenes and has left the set.
