John Jarratt is set to return as Mick Taylor in the newly titled Wolf Creek: Legacy, formerly know as Wolf Creek 3. This time around, Sean Lahiff is on board as director, replacing Rachele Wiggins in the chair. The film is set to begin filming in Australia in early 2025.
In an interview with YouTuber David Clair-Bennett, Jarratt teased the following details about the next entry in the Wolf Creek series:
“(Wolf Creek: Legacy is) dark and creepy again. It’s more like the first one. With the second one, we had a bit of fun. Cracked a few jokes. For this one, the dark creepy thing is the ultimate when it comes to playing Mick. Just creeping up and being scary. He never runs, never yells, never dies.”
It was also recently announced that actor Jay Ryan (It: Chapter Two) has joined the cast.
Dark Nation will have more on next Wolf Creek film as other details are announced.
