Capcom might be gearing up to unveil Resident Evil 9 at the next State of Play event, this according to post shared by a leaker over at the social media platform known as Threads.
Shared from Threads to Reddit, user Victormolinno commented the following leaked details:
“I leaked the State of Play date before Jeff Grubb and I can say that at least two first-party titles will appear and Resident Evil 9 can finally show its face. But since I’m not yet as popular as Jeff Grubb, it goes unnoticed,” said the Threads user.

It all sounds very exciting, doesn’t it? Let’s just hope the leaker has fed us all with the correct information.
As always with these kinds of things, we would advise you to take this rumour as a pinch of salt for now.
State of Play takes place on Tuesday, September 24th, and Dark Nation will have an update for you right here on our website if the next Resi game does in fact get unveiled.
