A fan-made remake of Sega’s beloved Mega Drive / Genesis game Revenge Of Shinobi is on its way to the almighty Sega Saturn from a coder called Pigsy Retro.
The updated version of the game will feature high quality music, new backdrops, and a whole lot more extra goodies.
We just simply don’t get enough ninja based video games these days, so this makes a very welcomed surprise.
Pigsy shared the following details via his X account earlier today, along with an attached gif of the character’s walking animation in action:

Personally speaking, being a huge fan of the original game, I have to admit this is rather exciting news to hear. I will be curious to see how the end project turns out.
